Optional public-page analytics

Non-advertising Google Analytics starts automatically only when a local country lookup identifies your connection as United States and you have not opted out. Elsewhere, or when country is unknown, it stays off until you choose Accept analytics. Country lookup uses a locally stored country-only database; visitor IP addresses are not sent to an outside geolocation service. IP location can be approximate. Country data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (DB-IP Lite, CC BY 4.0). Rejecting analytics does not affect shopping. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. This browser choice is stored locally.

When enabled, Google receives basic device and visit information and uses analytics cookies. We send only reviewed public page paths, without URL query strings, fragments, referrers or page-specific titles. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents or order details to Google Analytics. Private, contact, search and other excluded pages do not start this analytics integration. Google receives network information when your browser connects to it; this is not anonymous or isolated third-party code.

This integration disables advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals. We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as analytics opt-out signals, even after a previous acceptance. Withdrawing through Analytics preferences disables this integration, clears its analytics cookies and reloads the page. Previously transmitted information is not recalled. Separate shopping and app services have their own privacy practices described below.

Your cart identifier is stored in this browser. Product selections are sent to Shopify; payment details are handled by Shopify checkout. Trip inquiries are saved privately on this site; contact requests use your email app. HuntOps has its own account and privacy information.

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.

You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as www.allaboutcookies.org.

    Community submissions

When you submit a story, we collect your name, email, optional Instagram handle, story type, general location, story, post link or uploaded media, and your permission choices. We use these to review submissions, contact you if needed, and credit selected work. Your email is not published or added to a marketing list by this form.

Submissions and uploads are stored privately for review, not displayed automatically. Media rights permission is required. If featured, your optional Instagram handle is used for public credit and a profile link, including in the community directory. The archive directory uses historical public post credits, not private submissions; a listing does not assert identity verification or consent. Selection, placement and reach are not guaranteed. Uploads may contain metadata: remove precise coordinates or other sensitive details before submitting.

Temporary request information is used to limit abuse. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of permission, email info@killshotlife.com using your submission email and reference if available. We keep submissions for review and permission records while needed for that purpose; contact us to request removal.

    Trip inquiries

We store your name, email, optional phone, experience and message privately to respond to your trip inquiry. These records are not published or added to a marketing list. They are retained while needed for inquiry follow-up and booking records. Contact info@killshotlife.com from your submission email to request access, correction or deletion. Temporary request information helps prevent abuse.

    Guide and outfitter submissions

We collect your name, email, business, offering type, destination or service area, details, optional dates, pricing, website and HuntOps link, and your consent confirmation. These are stored privately, separately from trip inquiries, so the KILLSHOT team can review your offering and contact you about it. They are not automatically published, sent to HuntOps or added to a marketing list. Submission is not endorsement or guaranteed inclusion.

We retain submissions and consent records while needed for review and follow-up. Temporary request information is used to limit abuse. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal, contact info@killshotlife.com from your submission email and include your reference if available.
